This coaching involves our team of a Wellness consultants and Yoga therapists. We meet online (individually and in groups) to guide them in all aspects of their health.
The counseling will cover Health Assessment and Solutions, Stress Management, Emotional Health, Lifestyle Patterns and Practical Methods to cope up with personal and professional changes.
During these sessions we give training in Yoga, Pranayama, Posture Management during work, and Quick Relaxation Methods.
These sessions are specific and costumised as per the requirement of your group or an individual. People with personal health issues or medical isses will get personal attention.
Everyone will get "lifelong access" to written information on Diet and Wellness Habits
We interact with our people and understand their work, emotional patterns, personal and professional health challenges. So we can give them a general health assessment and also guide them on specific changes for gradual improvement.
Weekend sessions are done for Introduction to Yoga and Wellness. We conduct a 90 minutes session of Yoga, Positive Lifestyle Changes, and Healthy Diet Patterns
