Secondly, we believe wellness is linked to holistic health as we look beyond physical health and work on different dimensions in harmony with nature.

Wellness is an individual pursuit. We are responsible for our own choices, behavior and lifestyles which is also influenced by physical, social and cultural environments.

We at wellnessgoals.in equip you to reach the maximum potential of your wellbeing and harness the science of Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, Breath Work, Natural Diet and Emotional Healing Techniques. 

We believe, "Wellness Is Multidimensional"

Wellness is about more than just physical health. Most models of wellness include at least six dimensions

All of us as individuals also exist and function at a physical, psychological, emotional, social, spiritual and environmental level. We can achieve a level of wellbeing, wholesomeness  and inner joy only if we take steps to balance and nourish all these aspects of our existence.

  • Physical: Nourishing a healthy body through exercise, nutrition, sleep, etc.
  • Psychological : Engaging the world through observation, awarenesss, creativity, etc.
  • Emotional: Being aware of, accepting and expressing our feelings, and understanding the feelings of others.
