1. Deep breathing 20 breaths

Feel the breath flow downwards from nostrils to navel as you inhale

Feel the breath flow upwards from navel to the nostrils as you exhale Oom japa with Ajna dhyana 1 to 3 minutes, antar japa.

2. Single nostril nadi shuddhi . 11 breaths each

Feel the breath flow downwards from nostrils to navel as you inhale Feel the breath flow upwards from navel to the nostrils as you exhale Oom japa with Ajna dhyana

3. Belly breathings 20 breaths

Feel the breath flow downwards from nostrils to tailbone as you inhale

Feel the breath flow upwards from tailbone to the nostrils as you exhale Oom japa with Ajna dhyana

4. Haa Breath 21 breaths

Feel the breath flow downwards from nostrils to heart as you inhale Feel the breath flow upwards from heart to the nostrils as you exhale Oom japa with Ajna dhyana

5. Opp nostril nadi shuddhi . 11 breaths each

6. Anahata Bramari with hands on chest in anahata mudra. 11 breaths

7. Anuloma viloma 5 minutes

Feel the EXPANSION ON FACE AND CROWN as you inhale

Feel the ENERGY EXPANSION ON THE CROWN as you exhale

8. Bramari with Ear Tapping. 7 times

Sit straight in sukhasana or on a chair

This sequence is practiced on an empty stomach

Early morning and late evenings are the best times to practice.

You can do your Guru mantra, Om Namah shivay, Maha Mrityunjaya Japa , Oom japa as long as you can sit in meditation with your attention kept at the Ajna chakra.
