HORMONAL BOOST RECIPIE: Pumpkin Seed Granola

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups rolled oats

  2. 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  3. 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

  4. 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pistachios )

  5. 1/4 cup maple syrup

  6. 1/4 cup coconut oil

  7. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Optional add-ins: dried fruit, coconut flakes, or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt the maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until combined.

  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

  5. Spread the granola in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and fragrant.

  7. Let the granola cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes before adding any optional add-ins.

  8. Transfer the granola to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

This pumpkin seed granola is a great breakfast option that is rich in fiber, protein, and healthy fats. You can serve it with yogurt, milk, or fruit for a balanced meal, or simply enjoy it as a snack.

The cinnamon and maple syrup add natural sweetness and warmth to the granola, while the pumpkin seeds and nuts provide a satisfying crunch and nutty flavor.
