Reduce Belly Fat in Just 7 Days with Utkatasana Namaskar Twist

 

The Utkata Asana Namaskar Twist, sometimes referred to as “Revolved Chair Pose,” “Twisted Chair Pose,” “Thunderbolt Twist,” “Prayer Twist,” or other names is a dynamic pose used in Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow trainings.

This pose is very useful to reduce weight, burn belly fat and lose inches from the belly and waist if done in a proper sequence and under proper guidance.

Here is a sequence we have used in our Personalized Weight Loss Trainings:

  • Warm Ups for 5 minutes 
  • On Spot Jogging for 5 minutes 
  • Standing Belly Breathings, 20 breaths 
  • Slow Surya Namaskar, 12 times 
  • Standing Uddiyana Bandha, 5 times
  • Utkata Asana Namaskar twist, 7 times on each side
  • Standing Uddiyana Bandha, 5 times
  • Utkata Asana Namaskar twist, 7 times on each side
  • Standing Uddiyana Bandha, 5 times
  • Slow Surya Namaskar, 12 times
  • Marjar Kriya, 40 times 
  • Standing Belly Breathings, 20 breaths
  • On Spot Jogging for 5 minutes

Rest whenever needed, start with less repetitions

Do the sequence with EASE and GRACE

Stop if you feel any discomfort in the knees, spine or neck.
