Warrior Series

The "Warrior Series" is done as a "twice a week session" for Posture Alignment and Hormonal Health.

  • 2 to 3 breaths are done in every pose
  • Inhalation is done for 3 seconds from the nose and exhalation is for 3 seconds from the mouth
  • Stand straight for 10 to 20 seconds after every posture, as a resting pose.

Very suitable for children and teenagers during exams to reduce exams stress,  improve memory and concentration,  correct posture and feel highly motivated to get good results in exams.

For adults between the age of 25 to 45 this series works as a posture alignment sequence.  It will be a very effective in correction of the spinal curves and preventing back pain issues in future. It also corrects hormonal imbalances due to hectic lifestyles.
