REDUCE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BY THIS SIMPLE EXERCISE

TENNIS BALL GRIP EXERCISE 

How to do it:

  • Lie down in Savasana
  • Do belly breathings for 10 Breaths
  • Squeeze the tennis ball on exhalation as you close the fingers and grip hard for 6 seconds. 
  • Your palm grip will soon be felt all over the body as a relaxation in blood vessels
  • Relax your whole body as you inhale and loosen your grip
  • Repeat this exersise 30 times

Do belly breathings for 10 breaths after you finish

Benefits:
This sequence can be done after regular pranayama and done twice a day to Reduce Symptoms of HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE,  ANXIETY,  MOOD SWINGS,  WATER RETENTION & SLEEP DISORDERS. 
Inhalation is done for 3 seconds from the nose and exhalation is done for 6 seconds from the mouth
