Practice this simple asana combination after your pranayama practice to increase the energy and blood circulation on your face

Follow this sequence:
1 deep breath in Cat pose
5 deep breaths in Parvatasana
1 deep breath in cat pose
7 deep breaths in Parvatasana
This is one round

Do 3 rounds of this combination

Rest whenever needed

  • Then sit down in sukhasan or Vajrasan and do Anuloma Viloma for 3 minutes
  • By now you will feel the energy and warmth on your face.
  • Inhalation is done for 3 seconds from the nose and exhalation is done for 6 seconds from the mouth
